The location was convenient to the theater and shopping areas. Staff promptly replaced the toaster when it failed and cut off power. A staff member reset the fuses and ensured the new toaster worked. Front desk staff later apologized for disrupting breakfast and delivered complementary amenities including fresh towels, tea, and milk.

The parking design was difficult to navigate.

the location was good, near chinatown. the room, a one-bedroom balcony suite, seemed fine initially, but i soon noticed issues. the provided detergent for the washer was insufficient. also, i requested extra towels and never received them. these small inconveniences added up, and the experience was less than stellar.

I found the location excellent with bars, restaurants and cafes nearby. The staff were efficient. I was checked in early after my flight. My room had a comfortable, firm mattress and great pillows. I really liked the parking on site. The security was a plus.

The bathroom was not as clean as I would expect. I noticed some mold in the grout. the bathroom sink was cracked.

The reception staff was helpful and friendly, particularly the Asian staff who assisted with my arrival. He was very informative. I appreciated the early check-in, which allowed me to rest after a long flight.
